摘  要:轨道车辆车体结构惯性参数是动力学参数优化分析计算的基础参数,由于车体是长宽比大、质量和体积庞大的对称结构,测试其惯性参数在工程上是一个难点。文章以轨道车辆铝合金车体结构为研究对象,应用模态试验测试的频响函数,运用质量线法对其惯性参数进行识别。考虑工程应用,对比三维实体数字模型数值计算结果,分析质量线法产生差别的原因。结果表明,通过模态试验质量线法识别轨道车辆铝合金车体结构质心和惯性参数的方法可行。The inertia parameters of railway vehicle carbody are the basic parameters of dynamic parameter optimization analysis and calculation.Because the carbody is a symmetrical structure with large length-width ratio,large mass and volume,it is difficult to test the inertia parameters in engineering.Taking the aluminum alloy carbody structure of railway vehicle as the research object,the frequency response function of modal test is used to identify its inertia parameters by mass line method.Considering the engineering application,the numerical results of three-dimensional solid digital model are compared to analyze the reasons for the difference of mass line method.The results show that it is feasible to identify the centroid and inertia parameters of aluminum alloy carbody structure by modal test mass line method.
