摘 要:针对某列车网络监控系统显示器广播时出现屏幕闪动问题,文章开展了显示器的振动测试研究,从声音与振动的时域分析和频域分析查找故障原因,开展了显示器的锤击响应分析和振动传递路径分析,并提出了减隔振方案。研究结果表明,扬声器处的振动能量主要集中在800~1600 Hz,低频120~220 Hz、330~400 Hz等存在明显的峰值;显示器所有部位的振动均来自于扬声器声音激发,且低频振动在传递过程中存在放大现象;以120 Hz作为减振目标频率的减隔振方案,可以解决该显示器的扬声器声音导致的屏幕闪动问题,为列车网络监控系统显示器的可靠应用提供了支持。Aiming at the screen flicker problem of a train network monitoring system during the broadcasting,the vibration test of the display is carried out.The cause of the fault is found from the time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis of sound and vibration.The hammer response analysis and vibration tranfer path analysis of the display are carried out,and the vibration reduction and isolation scheme is proposed.The research results show that the vibration energy at the speaker is mainly concentrated in the frequency range of 800~1600 Hz,and there are obvious peaks at low frequencies of 120~220 Hz and 330~400 Hz.The vibration of all parts of the display comes from the sound of the loudspeaker,and the low-frequency vibration is amplified in the transmission process.The vibration reduction and isolation scheme with 120 Hz as the target frequency of vibration reduction can solve the problem of screen flicker caused by the sound of the display speaker,and provide support for the reliable application of the display of train network monitoring system.
