摘 要:采用高速摄像和表面肌电同步技术,获取不同速度下运动员的运动学和肌电学数据,对备战十四运会陕西竞走重点青少年运动员动作技术和肌肉用力特征进行分析,以期为提高青少年运动员动作技术水平提供帮助。研究发现:不同速度下,运动员步长、腾空距离、后蹬距离和重心起伏等指标存在差异,着地角、后蹬角、着地膝角、摆动腿膝角等相差较小;肌电学结果显示两种速度下肌肉被激活的程度和参与度无显著性差异。The kinematics and electromyography data at different speeds of elite young race walkers preparing for the 14 th National Games of the People’s Republic of China were obtained by using high speed camera and surface electromyography synchronization technology, and the characteristics of movement technique and muscle strength were analyzed, so as to provide help for improving the movement technique level of young athletes.The results showed that there are differences in stride length, take-off distance, backpedal distance and center of gravity fluctuation under different speeds, and there are little difference in landing angle, backpedal angle, landing knee angle and swinging leg knee angle.Electromyography showed that there was no significant difference in the degree of muscle activation and engagement at the two speeds.
