摘 要:本文运用数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法对国际优秀投掷运动员成绩提升规律和发展趋势进行研究。选取近20年国际投掷项目上具有代表性的投掷运动员160人,以每位运动员18岁到35岁的运动成绩为数据基础进行研究,发现国际优秀投掷运动员的生涯最好成绩会以其青年最佳成绩为基数,通过训练其竞技成绩提升幅度达到18%左右;成绩提升幅度与各投掷项目的技术特点高度相关,技术结构发展空间越大,运动成绩提升比例越高,表现出标枪>铁饼>链球>铅球的规律;运动选材的成功对投掷项目的突破起着决定作用,建议通过加强投掷项目的科学选材、普及科学先进的训练理念、构建科学全面的科研体系等途径,帮助我国投掷运动员实现对历史成绩的突破。In this paper, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other research methods have been used to study the performance increase laws and development trend of international elite throwing athletes.160 international representative throwing athletes in recent 20 years were selected.Based on the sports performance of each athlete from 18 to 35 years old, it is found that the best performance of international elite throwing athletes will be based on the best performance during their youth, and their competitive performance will be improved by about 18% through training;The greater the development space of technical structure, the higher the proportion of sports performance improvement, showing the law of Javelin > discus > hammer > shot put;The success of sports talents selection plays a decisive role in the performance breakthrough of throwing events.It is suggested to help Chinese throwing athletes achieve a breakthrough by strengthening the scientific talents selection of throwing events, popularizing scientific and advanced training concepts, and building a scientific and comprehensive scientific research system.
