摘  要:为了解国内外有关低温运动对机体影响相关研究的进程及热点,通过web of science数据库检索出664篇文献,运用Citespace V软件对其进行可视化分析。结果表明,低温运动对机体影响较大,主要涉及脂肪、血管系统、免疫系统等方面,对其开展相关研究较多的国家主要为美国、英国和加拿大。近40年来,国外有关低温运动对机体影响的研究热点不断变化,由前向后依次为免疫系统、心血管系统、脂肪和衰老,而相关研究被引频次最高的期刊为应用生理学《Journal of Applied Physiology》。同国外相比,发现国内体育院校与医学院校之间的合作不紧密,导致我国在低温运动领域研究不够深入。本研究通过对文献共引网络中经典高引量文献进行分析,以期为国内相关领域科研人员的研究提供借鉴和参考。In order to understand the progress and hotspots of research on the impact of low temperature exercise on the body at home and abroad, 664 papers were retrieved through the web of science database, and Citespace V software was used to conduct visualized analysis.The results show that low temperature exercise has a greater impact on the body, involving fat, vascular system, and immune system.The countries that have carried out more related research in this area are mainly the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.In the past 40 years, foreign research hotspots on the impact of low temperature exercise on the body have been constantly changing, including the immune system, cardiovascular system, fat and aging.The journal most cited is the Journal of Applied Physiology.Compared with foreign countries, it is found that the cooperation between domestic sports colleges and medical colleges is not close, which has led to insufficient research in the field of low temperature exercise in China.This research analyzes the classic high-cited papers, hoping to provide reference for the research of domestic researchers in related fields.
