摘 要:针对国内转叶式舵机体积庞大且笨重的缺点,提出提高工作压力、增加叶片数量、进行结构优化等降低转叶式舵机质量的途径,依据转叶式舵机的工作原理和船级社规范的要求,提出转叶式舵机结构轻量化优化设计方法,通过实例分析验证该方法的有效性,仿真分析结果表明,在满足舵机强度和性能的前提下,转叶式舵机的质量明显降低。To overcome the shortcoming of large size and bulky in the rotary vane steering gear,the ways to reduce the quality of rotary vane steering gear were presented,such as improving working pressure,increasing the number of blades and structural lightweight optimization.A lightweight optimization method of the rotary vane steering gear was proposed,according to the working principle of rotary vane steering gear and the requirements of classification society rules.The effectiveness of the optimization method was verified by an example simulation.The results showed that,the mass of the rotary vane steering gear is obviously reduced without influence the strength and performance of the steering gear.
