摘 要:建立三维同步荧光光谱法同时测定保健食品中维生素B_(1)、B_(2)和B_(6)含量的方法。通过扫描三维同步荧光光谱,确定同时测定维生素B_(1)、B_(2)和B_(6)的最佳波长间隔,用最佳波长间隔扫描样品,测定保健食品中维生素B_(1)、B_(2)和B_(6)含量。结果表明,同步荧光光谱法同时测定三种维生素B的最佳波长间隔为72 nm,三种维生素在0.25~2.00μg/mL范围内同步荧光强度与质量浓度具有良好的线性关系(r>0.9990)。建立的方法准确度高,检出限低,重复性较好,过程简单,结果可靠,可作为同时测定维生素B_(1)、B_(2)和B_(6)含量的方法。To establish a three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence spectrometry for simultaneous determination of vitamin B_(1)、B_(2)and B_(6) in health food.The optimal wavelength intervals for simultaneous determination of vitamins B_(1)、B_(2)and B_(6) were determined by scanning three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence spectra.The samples were scanned with the best wavelength intervals to determine the contents of vitamins B_(1)、B_(2) and B_(6) in health food.The optimal wavelength interval for simultaneous determination of three kinds of vitamin B by synchronous fluorescence spectrometry was 72 nm,and there was a good linear relationship between synchronous fluorescence intensity and mass concentration of three vitamin B in the range of 0.25~2.00μg/mL(r>0.9990).The established method has high accuracy,low detection limit,good repeatability,simple process and reliable results.It can be used for simultaneous determination of vitamin B_(1)、B_(2) and B_(6).
