重庆市江北区长期住院精神病患者合并躯体疾病调查分析  

Investigation and Analysis of Long-term Hospitalized Psychiatric Patients with Somatic Diseases in Jiangbei District of Chongqing

摘　　要：目的 了解长期住院精神病患者合并躯体疾病状况。方法 采用自制调查表以2020年9月29日为时点调查日,共调查重庆市江北区精神卫生中心住院≥6个月的精神病患者共327例,分析患者一般资料、合并躯体疾病情况,不同年龄段(≤40岁、41~65岁、≥66岁)合并躯体疾病情况分布及服药与未服药合并躯体疾病情况。结果 调查的327例精神病患者,占住院患者的94.24%,其中134例(40.98%)合并躯体疾病,前4位依次为高血压52例(15.90%),糖尿病45例(13.76%),高脂血症20例(6.12%),脑梗塞9例(2.75%);≤40岁高脂血症、低钾血症、无症状心肌缺血患病率高于41~65岁和≥66岁年龄段;41~65岁糖尿病、贫血患病率高于≤40岁和≥66岁年龄段;≥66岁高血压、脑梗塞患病率高于≤40岁和41~65岁年龄段;男性患者患病率高于女性,躯体疾病患病率随着年龄增长而增加。结论 长期住院精神病患者较多,合并躯体疾病较多,应做好患者的健康教育,纠正不良生活习惯,定期体检,合理用药。Objective To investigate the status of long-term hospitalized psychiatric patients complicated with physical diseases.Methods A total of327 psychiatric patients hospitalized for more than 6 months in Department of Psychiatry,Jiangbei District Mental Health Center were investigated by self-made questionnaire on September 29,2020,the general data of patients,the situation of combined physical diseases,the distribution of combined physical diseases in different age groups(≤40 years old,41-65 years old,≥66 years old) and the situation of combined physical diseases between medication and non-medication were analyzed.Results A total of 327 psychiatric patients were investigated,accounting for94.24% of hospitalized patients,of which 134 cases(40.98%) were complicated with somatic diseases.The top four were hypertension in 52 cases(15.90%),diabetes in 45 cases(13.76%),hyperlipidemia in 20 cases(6.12%),and cerebral infarction in 9 cases(2.75%).The prevalence of hyperlipidemia,hypokalemia and asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in ≤40 years old was higher than that in 41-65 years old and ≥66 years old;the prevalence of diabetes and anemia in 41-65 years old was higher than that in ≤40 years old and ≥66 years old;the prevalence of hypertension and cerebral infarction ≥66 years old was higher than ≤40 years old and 41-65 years old;the prevalence of male patients was higher than that of female patients,and the prevalence of physical diseases increased with age.Conclusion There are more long-term hospitalized psychiatric patients and more physical diseases.We should do a good job in patients’ health education,correct bad living habits,regular physical examination and clinical rational drug use.
