摘　　要：目的:探究miR-139-5p靶向转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)抑制肝癌细胞侵袭、转移的机制。方法:采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)法检测30例患者肝癌组织和癌旁组织中RmiR-139-5P的表达情况,采用免疫组化技术检测其肝癌组织和癌旁组织中TGF-β1的表达情况,并对检测的结果进行分析,总结miR-139-5p靶向TGF-β1抑制肝癌细胞侵袭、转移的机制。结果:30例患者肝癌组织中TGF-β1的阳性表达率为83.33%,其癌旁组织中TGF-β1的阳性表达率为13.33%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。miR-139-5p在癌旁组织中呈高表达,在肝癌组织中呈低表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TGF-β1在肝癌组织中呈高表达,在癌旁组织中呈低表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:miR-139-5p可能通过下调TGF-β1的表达来抑制肝癌细胞的侵袭、转移。Objective:To explore the mechanism of mir-139-5P targeting transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)inhibiting invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.Methods:Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(QRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression of RMIR-139-5P in liver cancer tissues and paracancer tissues of 30 patients,and immunohistochemical technology was used to detect the expression of TGF-β1 in liver cancer tissues and paracancer tissues,and the detection results were analyzed.To summarize the mechanism of mir-139-5p targeting TGF-β1 to inhibit invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.Results:The positive expression rate of TGF-β1 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues of 30 patients was 83.33%,and the positive expression rate of TGF-β1 in paracancer tissues was 13.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Mir-139-5p was highly expressed in paracancer tissues and low expressed in liver cancer tissues,with statistical significance(P<0.05).TGF-β1 was highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and low expressed in paracancer tissues,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mir-139-5p may inhibit the invasion and metastasis of HCC cells by down-regula ting the expression of TGF-β1.
