玻璃纤维桩复合树脂桩核修复烤瓷牙基牙折断的有效性及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨用玻璃纤维桩复合树脂桩核对烤瓷牙基牙折断患者进行修复治疗的有效性及安全性。方法:选择扬州市中医院口腔科接诊的90例烤瓷牙基牙折断患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用金属桩核进行修复治疗,观察组患者采用玻璃纤维桩复合树脂桩核进行修复治疗,然后比较两组患者的口腔修复效果及各项临床指标。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者口腔修复效果的优良率更高,并发症的发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组患者相比,治疗后观察组患者的咬合力更强,牙齿松动度更低,复诊周期更长,就诊次数更少,且其对修复体功能、色泽、形态、舒适度满意度的评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用玻璃纤维桩复合树脂桩核对烤瓷牙基牙折断患者进行修复治疗的效果显著,能有效改善其咬合功能及修复体的外观,提高其舒适度及对口腔修复效果的满意度,且其并发症的发生率较低,治疗的安全性较高。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of glass fiber post composite resin post in repairing patients with broken porcelain abutment teeth.Methods:90 patients with abutment fracture of porcelain teeth were selected as the research object.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with metal post and core,and patients in the observation group were treated with glass fiber post and composite resin post and core,and then the oral repair effect and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the excellent rate of oral repair effect in observation group was higher,and the incidence of complications was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had stronger bite force,lower tooth looseness,longer return visit period and fewer visits after treatment,and the scores of function,color,shape and comfort satisfaction of the prosthetics were higher in the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glass fiber post composite resin post has a significant effect on the repair of patients with porcelain abutment fracture,which can effectively improve the occlus al function and the appearance of the pros thesis,improve their comfort and satisfaction with the oral repair effect,and the incidence of complications is low,and the safety of treatment is high.
