用手法小切口白内障摘除术治疗白内障对患者泪膜功能和视神经纤维层的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析用手法小切口白内障摘除术治疗白内障对患者泪膜功能和视神经纤维层的影响。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年8月绵阳市中心医院眼科接诊的66例白内障患者,将其随机均分为对照组和观察组。对对照组患者进行超声乳化白内障吸除术,对观察组患者进行手法小切口白内障摘除术。然后对比两组患者的泪膜功能指标和视神经纤维层的厚度。结果:1)在术后30 d,观察组患者的BUT长于对照组患者,其SIt短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)在术后30 d,两组患者各象限视神经纤维层的厚度均显著增厚,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者各象限视神经纤维层的厚度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用手法小切口白内障摘除术治疗白内障的效果较好,可显著提高患者视神经纤维层的厚度,且对其泪膜功能的影响较小,安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of small incision cataract extraction on tear film function and optic nerve fiber layer.Methods:From September 2020 to August 2021,66 cataract patients treated in Mianyang Central Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification and the observation group with small incision.Then the tear film function index and optic nerve fiber layer thickness were compared between the two groups.Results:1)30 days after surgery,BUT was longer and SIt was shorter in the obs ervation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).2)At 30 d after surgery,the thickness of optic nerve fiber layer in each quadrant of 2 groups was significantly thicker,with statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the thickness of optic nerve fiber layer in each quadrant between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Small incision cataract extraction is effective in the treatment of cataract,can significantly improve the thickness of optic nerve fiber layer,and has little impact on the tear film function,high safety.
