摘　　要：目的:构建儿科门急诊药房用药指导岗位胜任力标准。方法:运用问卷调研法收集各大儿科医院中患儿照护人需要的用药指导信息,运用文献分析法查阅国内外规范中要求药师提供的用药指导信息,据此设计专家函询问卷。选取全国三甲儿科医院或医院儿科的20名专家,采用Delphi法进行两轮专家函询。结果:问卷回收率为100%,两轮函询后,专家权威系数为0.83。各级指标变异系数均<0.25,专家意见肯德尔和谐系数为0.416~0.836,均满足P<0.05。建立的儿科门急诊药房用药指导岗位胜任力共分为4个层次的指标,其中一级指标3项、二级指标14项、三级指标20项,3项为儿科特色指标、四级指标7项,均为儿科特色指标。结论:本研究构建的儿科门急诊药房用药指导岗位胜任力标准具有权威性和科学性,“分剂量药品储存”“儿童用药方法”“喂药的技巧与对策”等指标体现了明确的儿科特色,为儿科门急诊药师的用药指导能力培养提供了方向和依据。OBJECTIVE To establish the medication guidance competency criteria of outpatient and emergency pharmacy in Pediatrics.METHODS To use questionnaire survey the medication guidance information that the child caregivers needed in pediatric hospitals,then analysis the literature to review the medication guidance information that the domestic and foreign regulations required,according to these design expert questionnaire.Select 20 pediatric experts from the pediatric hospital to do a two-round Delphi consultation.RESULTS The questionnaire recovery rate is 100%.After two rounds of consultation,the authority coefficient of expert is 0.83,the coefficients of variation in each index is less than 0.25,and the Kendall’s coefficient of concordance in each index is 0.416-0.836 with the P value all less than 0.05.The index of the criteria has 4 levels with 3 in first level,14 in second level,20 in third level including 3 pediatric characteristic indicators and 7 in fourth level which are all pediatric indicators.CONCLUSION The medication guidance competency criteria of outpatient and emergency pharmacy in pediatrics has high authority and scientificity with clear pediatric characteristics,such as"the storage of divided doses""the use of medicines in pediatric""the skill and method in feeding drugs",which will provides direction and basis to promote medication guidance ability of outpatient and emergency pharmacist in pediatrics.
