摘　　要：社会组织嵌入社区治理是社会治理现代化的重要路径,因此研究其运行逻辑具有很强的现实意义。通过对W舞蹈队的个案研究发现,社会组织在嵌入社区治理的过程中,重点采用制度化来提升合法性和日常生活中保持相对自主性的行动策略。社会组织的日常行动逻辑体现了嵌入性自主的面向,并展现出一种合作博弈的动态关系:它既有选择性地与社区居委会合作,同时又与社区居委会展开策略性博弈,由此形成了一种相互依赖又相互竞争的关系。为此,在加强社区治理共同体建设的过程中,需要进一步有效兼容相关治理主体的行动诉求,通过有效协商来提升社区基础性权力。The embedding of social organizations in community governance is an important path to the modernization of social governance,so studying its operation logic has strong practical significance. Through the case study of the W dance team, it is found that under the joint influence of the "external mobilization" of the state and the "internal demand" of the community,the community social organization has experienced the evolution path of "germination", "development" and "maturity". In this process of development, community cultural organizations continue to grow and grow, and while improving the institutionalization and cohesion of the organization, they are also further embedded in the community governance structure.As a product of community cultural mobilization, community social organizations gradually move toward standardized development through competition with other social organizations in the community community, and are eventually incorporated into the community governance system by community neighborhood committees.In the process of embedding community governance, community social organizations focus on institutionalizing action strategies to enhance legitimacy and maintain relative autonomy in daily life. In the evolution process of the legitimacy of community social organizations, the discipline mechanism of national cultural policy, the imitation mechanism under risk aversion, and the integration mechanism of social norms are the three legitimacy mechanisms embedded in community governance as community social organizations. Significantly improved the institutionalization process of community social organizations. However, in the evolutionary path of legitimacy, community social organization is not the subject completely shaped by the community governance structure, and it also presents a certain role autonomy in real daily life.
