摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌患者血清癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1(CEACAM1)、四跨膜蛋白超家族成员1(TM4SF1)水平变化及其临床意义。方法选择女性乳腺癌患者100例(观察组)、体检健康的女性志愿者50例(对照组),采集空腹外周静脉血,离心留取血清,采用ELISA法检测血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1、CEA、CA15-3。分析乳腺癌患者血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1水平与临床病理特征的关系,采用受试者工作特性(ROC)曲线分析血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1水平对乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果观察组血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1、CEA、CA15-3水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.01)。乳腺癌患者血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1水平与组织分化程度、TNM分期、局部或远处转移有关(P均<0.05),而与年龄、肿瘤直径、病理类型、雌激素受体、孕激素受体无关(P均>0.05)。血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1水平单独和联合诊断乳腺癌的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.770、0.787、0.872,血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1水平联合诊断乳腺癌的AUC大于二者单独(P均<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者血清CEACAM1、TM4SF1水平升高,且其水平与组织分化程度、TNM分期、局部或远处转移有关;CEACAM1、TM4SF1可作为诊断乳腺癌的血清生物学标志物。Objective To investigate the changes in serum carcinoembryonic antigen-associated cell adhesion molecule 1(CEACAM1)and transmembrane 4 superfamily member 1(TM4SF1)levels in breast cancer patients and their clinical significance.Methods Totally 100 cases of female breast cancer patients(observation group)and 50 healthy female volunteers(control group)were selected.Fasting peripheral venous blood was collected,serum was centrifuged and retained,and serum CEACAM1,TM4SF1,CEA and CA15-3 were measured by ELISA.The relationships between serum CEACAM1 and TM4SF1 levels and clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer patients were analyzed,and the diagnostic value of serum CEACAM1 and TM4SF1 levels for breast cancer was analyzed by the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results Serum CEACAM1,TM4SF1,CEA and CA15-3 were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.01).Serum CEACAM1 and TM4SF1 levels in breast cancer patients were related to the degree of tissue differentiation,TNM stage,and local or distant metastasis(all P<0.05),but not to age,tumor diameter,pathological type,oestrogen receptor,or progesterone receptor(all P>0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of serum CEACAM1 and TM4SF1 levels alone and in combination were 0.770,0.787 and 0.872,respectively,and the AUC of serum CEACAM1 combined with TM4SF1 was greater than that of either alone(all P<0.05).Conclusions Serum levels of CEACAM1 and TM4SF1 are elevated in breast cancer patients and their levels are associated with the degree of tissue differentiation,TNM stage,and local or distant metastasis.CEACAM1 and TM4SF1 can be used as serum biomarkers for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
