摘　　要：目的调查某三甲医院参与采集核酸医护人员心理健康状况,分析不良心理状况发生原因,提出应对策略和措施,为进一步提高医护人员身心健康提供参考依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷,对新疆乌鲁木齐某三甲医院2020年7月16-31日参加核酸采集的204名医护人员进行调查。结果单因素分析结果显示,SCL-90阳性率和总分与核酸采集医护人员与性别、年龄、工龄、子女状况、健康状况、对感染担心程度、对自我防护的满意度、防护用品脱落或者污染情况、核酸采集时的工作强度有关(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,SCL-90阳性率和总分与核酸采集人员的年龄、健康状况、对感染担心程度、对自我防护程度的满意度、核酸采集时的工作强度等有关(P<0.05)。结论在开展全民核酸采集过程中,根据年龄和健康状况合理分配核酸采集人员,不定时地了解工作强度,如有身体不适,及时替换人员,给予心理疏导,保障医护人员的心理健康,提高工作效率。Objective To investigate the mental health status of medical staff involved in the collection of nucleic acid in a third-class hospital,analyze the causes of bad psychological status,and put forward coping strategies and measures,so as to provide a reference basis for further improving the physical and mental health of medical staff.Method A total of 204 doctors and nurses who participated in nucleic acid collection were investigated in a third-class hospital in Urumqi,Xinjiang from July 16 to 31,2020 with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)questionnaire.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that the positive rate and the total score of SCL-90 was related to sex,age,length of service,children’s status,health status,fear of infection,satisfaction with self-protection,falling off or pollution of protective articles,and work intensity during nucleic acid collection(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that the positive rate and total score of SCL-90 was related to the Age,health status,fear of infection,satisfaction with self-protection,work intensity during nucleic acid collection(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of entire population nucleic acid collection,the nucleic acid collection personnel shall be reasonably allocated according to age and health status,and the work intensity shall be understood from time to time.If there is physical discomfort,the personnel shall be replaced in time,and psychological counseling shall be given to ensure the mental health of medical staff and improve work efficiency.
