摘　　要：目的:比较腹腔镜与开腹直肠癌根治术的近期疗效。方法:回顾分析2015年1月-2021年4月太仓市中医医院外科接受手术治疗的直肠癌患者46例,采用传统开腹直肠癌根治术为对照组;进行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术(L-Dixon)为观察组,每组23例。比较两组的各项手术指标并统计两组患者术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组术中出血、术后住院天数、术后并发症发生率均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间(147.17±49.77)min,与对照组的(171.09±28.76)min比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜直肠癌根治术较传统开腹手术安全可行、并发症少,是值得推广应用的微创技术。Objective:To compare the short-term efficacy of laparoscopic and open radical resection of rectal cancer.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on 46 patients with rectal cancer who received surgical treatment in Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to April 2021,patients with traditional open radical resection of rectal cancer was selected as the control group;patients with laparoscopy radical resection of rectal cancer(L-Dixon)was selected as the observation group;23 cases in each group.The surgical indicators of the two groups were compared and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups was analyzed.Result:The incidence of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative hospitalization days and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation time between the observation group and the control group[(147.17±49.77)min vs(171.09±28.76)min,P>0.05].Conclusion:Compared with traditional open surgery,laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer is safe,feasible and less complication,which is a minimally invasive technique worthy of popularization and application.
