摘　　要：进入新世纪以来,自媒体成为信息传播和交流的重要方式,其传播方式便捷,使用群体十分广泛。自媒体的广泛使用给高校思想政治教育工作带来了挑战,其中理工科高职院校在自媒体的使用上普遍存在着运用缺失、思想观念滞后、效应有限等问题。可以通过主体建设、适宜引导、变革思想观念等途径因势利导,解决问题,使自媒体这一新式的传播媒介在理工科高职院校思想政治教育工作中得到有效运用,从而提升思想政治教育工作的成效,优化人才培养。Since the beginning of the new century,We Media has become an important way of information dissemination and exchange.While bringing convenience in dissemination method and a large number of users,it also brings challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.There are some problems in the use of We Media in higher vocational colleges of science and engineering,such as the lack of use,the lag of ideas,the limited effect and so on.We can solve the problems through the main body construction,appropriate guidance,changing ideas and other ways,so that We Media,a new type of communication medium,can be effectively used in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges of science and engineering,so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education work and optimize talent training.
