摘 要:某火炮发射平台采用取弹装置完成取弹送弹任务,为了分析送弹过程的动态特性以提高自动装填的速度和稳定性,为之后的取弹装置的研发以及质量维护提供故障定位参考,对该取弹装置进行了故障仿真研究。基于供弹系统组成分析和参数耦合关系,建立取弹装置的三维模型,并采用动力学仿真软件和控制仿真软件建立取弹装置的联合仿真系统模型。将仿真结果与实际取弹装置送弹过程的实测数据进行对比分析,验证了建立的联合仿真模型能够准确描述送弹过程的系统特性。对取弹装置进行故障分析方面,采用故障注入方法修改驱动齿轮和轴承的尺寸,建立驱动齿轮的磨损故障和轴承的疲劳剥落故障,以此为基础分别对取弹装置进行故障仿真,得到驱动齿轮不同程度磨损故障以及轴承疲劳剥落故障时取弹装置的动态特性,并与正常状态下取弹装置动态特性曲线图进行对比,证明该模型可以为取弹装置调试过程的故障定位提供参考。A certain artillery launching platform adopts the ammunition fetching device to complete the task of fetching and feeding the ammunition.In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the ammunition feeding process to improve the speed and stability of automatic feeding system,and to provide a fault reference for the research and development and quality maintenance of the ammunition fetching device in the future,the fault simulation research of the ammunition retrieval device was carried out.Based on the composition analysis and parameter coupling relationship of the ammunition feeding system,3-D model of the ammunition relrieval device was built.A joint simulation system model was established by dynamics simulation software and control simulation software.The simulation results were compared and analyzed with the measured data of the bomb delivery process to verify the model.It was proved that the established joint simulation model can accurately describe the system characteristics of the bomb delivery process.The fault injection method was applied to modify the size of the drive gear and the bearing by setting the wear failure of the drive gear and the fatigue peeling failure of the bearing.Then the fault simulation was conducted,and the dynamic characteristics of the system when the drive gear is different from the wear failure and the bearing fatigue peeling failure was obtained.Compared with the dynamic characteristic curve of the system in normal state,it shows that the model can also provide a reference for fault location in the debugging process.
