摘 要:目的:设计并实现一套医院企业微信与微信互联平台,以方便患者出院随访沟通及延展治疗,解决传统随访方式使用院内数据不完善的问题。方法:结合企业微信平台与微信互联平台两大平台优势,延展医院微信小程序及医院移动网页应用,设计并实现一套医院企业微信与微信互联平台,医院小程序前端使用JavaScript、文本标记语言(HTML),后端使用超文本预处理(PHP)编程语言开发。医院移动网页应用前端使用第5代HTML(H5),后端使用PHP编程语言开发,使系统平台具有较强的扩展性。结果:医院利用微信互联平台进行出院随访工作,有效保护医生个人微信隐私,方便医生查看和掌握患者医疗数据,有效触达率提高。2021年5-7月,已有337名医生覆盖27个科室与1226余例患者使用系统进行院内及出院沟通,其中电话随访、微信随访和互联平台随访的有效触达率分别为82.76%、91.30%和96.87%。结论:医院采用无感的方式建立微信互联平台,方便患者出院随访即时沟通,医生安全、便捷地使用院内患者数据,延伸治疗。医院提供便民慧医的线上服务,提高医患沟通效率。Objective: To design and realize a platform with interconnection on the basis of enterprise WeChat and WeChat,so as to provide convenience for patients to coordinate conversation of follow-up and extension treatment after they discharged from hospital, and to resolve the imperfect problem of conventional follow-up model when used nosocomial data.Methods: A platform with interconnection between enterprise WeChat and WeChat was designed and realized through combining the advantages of the two platforms included enterprise WeChat and WeChat, and extending the application of Mini Program of hospital WeChat and mobile webpage of hospital. The front-end of Mini Program of hospital used JavaScript and hypertext markup language(HTML), and the rear-end of that used programming language of professional hypertext preprocessor(PHP). The application front-end of mobile webpage of hospital used the 5th generation HTML(H5), and the rear-end of that used PHP programming language, which provided a stronger expansibility for system platform. Results:The platform with interconnection was used to conduct follow-up of hospital discharge by hospital, which could effectively protect the personal privacy of doctors, and provide convenience for doctors to check and grasp the medical data of patients,which increased the effective contact rate. From May to July 2021, 337 doctors of 27 departments and 1226 patients used the system to conduct the nosocomial conversation and the conversation after hospital discharge. And the effective contact rates of telephone follow-up, WeChat follow-up and interconnection follow-up were 82.76%, 91.30% and 96.87%. Conclusion:The established platform with interconnection that is adopted by hospital as insensibility mode can provide convenience for instant conversation after patients leave hospital, and provide safety and convenience for doctors when they use the data of nosocomial patients, and extend the treatment.
