摘 要:分布式电源(DG)并网过大时对配电网结构影响较大,使得配电网系统网损较大,电压波动明显。为了减小网损、降低电压波动,需对配电网系统进行无功优化调节。提出基于模糊聚类下混沌优化人工鱼群算法的分布式电源调压策略。首先,引入电气距离的概念作为模糊聚类算法的量度,取电气距离较大的几个值作为模糊聚类算法的聚类中心,并以此作为配电网节点系统的关键节点;其次,将配电网拓扑结构利用模糊聚类方法进行电网分区,得到分区结果;接着,将人工鱼群算法中的随机行为进行混沌优化,形成混沌优化人工鱼群算法,利用该算法以节点电压波动和网损作为优化目标,以关键节点的有功和无功功率作为可调变量将模糊聚类所分的每个区域进行无功优化;最后,以安徽省某市22节点网架结构的算例为仿真研究对象,以验证文中方法在电压波动的调节以及减小网损方面具有更好的效果。When the distributed generation(DG)is connected to the grid too much,the structure of the distribution network will be greatly affected,which results in greater network loss and obvious voltage fluctuation.In order to reduce the network loss and voltage fluctuation,it is necessary to optimize the reactive power of the distribution network system.A distributed power supply voltage regulation strategy based on the chaotic optimization artificial fish school algorithm(AFSA)under fuzzy clustering is proposed.The concept of electrical distance is introduced as a measure of the fuzzy clustering algorithm.Several values with larger electrical distances are taken as the clustering centers of the fuzzy clustering algorithm,which is taken as the key node of the distribution network node system.The fuzzy clustering method is used to divide the distribution network topology to obtain the result of the division.The random behavior in the AFSA is chaotically optimized to form a chaotic optimized AFSA.In this algorithm,the voltage fluctuation and network loss of the nodes are taken as the optimization objectives,and the active and reactive power of the key nodes are taken as adjustable variables to optimize the reactive power of each area divided by fuzzy clustering.Finally,a 22⁃node grid structure in a certain city in Anhui province is used as the simulation research object to verify that the proposed method has the advantages of adjusting voltage fluctuations and reducing network loss.
