摘　　要：赖氨酸甲基转移酶2(Lysine methyltransferase 2,SMYD2)是一类特殊的赖氨酸甲基转移酶,包含SET(Suppressor of variegation,Enhancer of zeste,Trithorax)结构域和MYND(Myeloid-nervy-deaf1)结构域。通过对组蛋白和其他蛋白的翻译后修饰,SMYD2在表观遗传、机体发育和癌变中发挥关键作用。近年来,SMYD2在恶性肿瘤中的作用日益受到关注。多项研究表明,SMYD2在卵巢癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌、肾细胞癌等恶性肿瘤的发生发展以及转移过程中发挥重要作用。本文对近年来SMYD2在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展进行阐述。Lysine methyltransferase 2(SMYD2)is a kind of special lysine methyltransferase containing SET(Suppressor of variegation,Enhancer of zeste,Trithorax)domain and MYND(Myeloid-nervy-deaf1)domain.Through post-translational modifications of histones and other proteins,SMYD2 plays a key role in epigenetics,body development,and carcinogenesis.In recent years,the role of SMYD2 in malignant tumors has received increasing attention.A number of studies have shown that SMYD2 plays an important role in the occurrence,development and metastasis of ovarian cancer,breast cancer,colon cancer,renal cell carcinoma and other malignant tumors.This article describes the research progress of SMYD2 in malignant tumors in recent years.
