摘  要:目的了解以MSM为主的某社交平台用户的丙型病毒性肝炎(简称丙肝)防治服务需求。方法通过最优尺度分析、依托Blued社交平台开展丙肝防治相关调查并进行分析,研究调查人群丙肝相关服务需求特点。结果共纳入1061名调查对象,其在丙肝防治服务需求方面,主要倾向“一对一私信”方式(54.1%)和“HCV如何预防”(85.0%)等内容。不同年龄和婚姻状况的调查对象愿意获取丙肝防治知识的途径不同、不同文化程度调查对象所感兴趣的丙肝信息不同,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。30岁、离异或丧偶者更喜欢网络直播;未婚者更喜欢一对一私信、开机图/banner及短视频;19~30岁者更喜欢一对一在线咨询;本科及大专文化程度者更喜欢HCV与HIV感染的关系、HCV预防知识;研究生及以上学历者更喜欢HCV检测及治疗点有关知识。结论在未来开展针对MSM的丙肝防治服务时,可依托社交平台,同时宜根据用户不同特征和偏好设计和开展干预活动,以提高服务的可及性和有效性。Objective To understand the needs of MSM for hepatitis C(HCV) prevention services.Methods Data of online investigation on HCV prevention among users on a social platform relying on the social platform of Blued was analyzed using optimal scaling analysis to explore the characteristics of users’ needs for HCV service.Results A total of1061 survey subjects were included,and their demand for hepatitis C prevention and treatment services mainly inclined to "one-to-one private message"(54.1%) and "how to prevent HCV"(85.0%).Willingness of acquiring hepatitis C prevention and treatment knowledge was different among various ages and marital statuses.Hepatitis C information that subjects interested in were also different among various education levels.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Those over 30 years old,divorced or widowed prefer webcasting,unmarried people prefer one-on-one private messaging,startup pictures/banners,and short videos,and 19-30 years old prefer one-on-one online consultation.Undergraduates and college graduates were interested in the relationship between HCV and HIV infection,HCV prevention knowledge.Graduate students and above prefer HCV testing and treatment knowledge.Conclusions It is suggested that designing and implementing HCV prevention service delivery among MSM should be based on the populations’ characteristics and preferences to improve the availability and accessibility of the service.
