三全育人视域下精细化管理在学生综合评测中的应用策略研究

摘　　要：目前对大学生综合素质的测评方法以学校层面的指导文件为主导,各学院自行制定相应的测评办法。这使得不同学院对大学生综合测评指标往往不一致,测评结果存在很大的片面性。因此,在测评指标建立中使用“精细化管理”理论思想,可以使大学生综合评测更加标准化,在“三全育人”指导思想下也更加符合培养社会主义合格建设者与可靠接班人的时代要求。The current evaluation methods for college students’comprehensive quality are dominated by school-level guidance documents.Each college formulates corresponding evaluation method documents.This makes different colleges’comprehensive evaluation indicators for college students often inconsistent,and the evaluation results are very one-sided.The use of“refined management”theoretical ideas in the establishment of evaluation indicators can make the comprehensive evaluation of college students more standardized,and it is also more in line with the era of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of socialist builders under the guiding ideology of“three-complete education”requires.
