双边匹配算法在高新技术企业融资中的应用研究

摘　　要：获得融资对高速成长的企业至关重要,尤其是对尚处于高速发展时期、还不具备上市所需各种条件的高新技术企业。只有当高新企业获得发展所需资金,才能进一步进行各种技术开发,并尽快投入应用,转化为研发成果。但是,由于我国高新技术企业具有回报周期长、风险大等特点,也就导致企业面临融资难、融资贵的问题。从另外一个角度分析企业融资难的原因,即企业双方获取对方信息的不充足,融资平台单一。通过建立双边匹配模型,使得企业能够更充分地进行双向选择,从而达到最优选择,解决高新技术企业融资难的问题。Obtaining financing is very important for the fast-growing enterprises,especially for the high-tech enterprises which are still in the period of rapid development and do not have the necessary conditions for listing.Only when the high-tech enterprises obtain the funds for enterprise development,can they further develop various technologies,put them into application as soon as possible,and transform the research and development achievements.However,due to the characteristics of long investment cycle and high risk,high-tech enterprises in China are faced with the problems of difficult and expensive financing.From another point of view,this paper expounds the reason why it is difficult for enterprises to obtain financing,that is,the two sides of enterprises do not have enough information to obtain each other.By establishing a bilateral matching model,this paper enables enterprises to make more sufficient two-way choices,so as to achieve the optimal choice and solve the financing problem of high-tech enterprises.
