摘 要:汽车产业借着经济改革发展这一股东风进入了快速发展阶段。在这一背景之下,需要大量的、优质的、应用型的汽车技术服务与营销人才。而当前人才市场存在着严重的供需矛盾,人才资源的短缺,一定程度上影响了整个汽车行业的发展。基于这一现实情况,加速对职业院校汽车技术服务与营销专业课程体系建设,加强学生岗位职业能力的培养是当务之急。文章主要从当前汽车技术服务与营销专业课程体系建设的意义、路径、汽车技术服务与营销专业的岗位能力分析等多个方面着手,展开了深度的研究和分析。The automobile industry has entered a stage of rapid development through economic reform and development.In this context,a large number of high-quality,application-oriented automotive technical services and marketing talents are needed.However,there is a serious contradiction between supply and demand in the current talent market,and the shortage of talent resources has aff ected the development of the entire automobile industry to a certain extent.Based on this reality,it is imperative to speed up the construction of the professional curriculum system for automotive technical services and marketing in vocational colleges and to strengthen the training of students'post-professional ability.The article mainly starts from many aspects,such as the signifi cance and path of the current automobile technical service and marketing professional curriculum system construction,and the post ability analysis of the automobile technical service and marketing professional,and conducts in-depth research and analysis.
