摘　　要：随着职业教育改革大潮的推进,1+X证书制度在社会上引起了很大反响。同时,汽车行业的转型与升级也给汽车检测与维修专业人才培养提出新的挑战。本文主要分析了汽车检测与维修技术专业人才培养现状,结合1+X证书制度的要求,提出1+X证书制度下专业建设与改革思路,根据自己的探索和思考提出一些创新意见,为教育研究者提供研究思路。With the advancement of the tide of vocational education reform,the 1+x certifi cate system has aroused great repercussions in the society.At the same time,the transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry also poses new challenges to the training of automotive testing and maintenance professionals.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of talent training of automobile inspection and maintenance technology,and puts forward the ideas of specialty construction and Reform under the 1+x certifi cate system in combination with the requirements of the 1+x certifi cate system.According to their own exploration and thinking,this paper puts forward some innovative ideas to provide research ideas for educational researchers.
