摘　　要：文章介绍了自动机械锁止式螺旋齿限滑差速器的特点,根据皮卡车的实际行驶工况对装有自动机械锁止式螺旋齿限滑差速器的后桥进行了台架试验。对试验数据进行分析,结果表明,该后桥在不同车速下的转速差、输入转矩与锁紧系数的关系曲线均较为紧凑、锁紧系数分布相对集中。因此可得,自动机械锁止式螺旋齿限滑差速器在皮卡车上应用具有较高的工作可靠性和性能稳定性,为自动机械锁止式螺旋齿限滑差速器的批量推广与应用提供了经验依据。This paper introduces the characteristics of the automatic mechanical limited slip screw lock.According to the actual driving conditions of the pickup truck,the bench test of the rear axle with automatic mechanical limited slip screw lock is carried out.After analyzing the test data,the results show that the relationship curves of speed diff erence,input torque and locking coeffi cient are relatively compact for rear axle at diff erent speeds,and the distribution of locking coeffi cient is relatively concentrated.Therefore,it can be concluded that the application of the automatic mechanical limited slip screw lock on the pickup truck has a high working reliability and performance stability,which provides an empirical basis for the batch promotion and application of the automatic mechanical limited slip screw lock.
