摘　　要：目的 研究新鲜党参酵母菌发酵产物中95%乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶和半制备液相色谱等方法分离纯化,并通过NMR等波谱学技术鉴定所分离的化合物结构。结果 从发酵产物中分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为正十二烷、4-(4’,4’-dimethyl-2’-vinyl-decyl) benzene-1,2-diol、甘露醇、琥珀酸、3-O-乙酰基原儿茶酸、5-羟甲基糠醛、阿魏酸、苍术内酯Ⅲ、2’-hydroxydecanylpentadec-5,8,10,12-tetraeno、豆甾醇、stigmasteryl-3β-arachidate、亚麻酸、丁香脂素、4-oxopinoresinol、(4S,5S)-5-hydroxy-4-hexanolide、2-hydroxyoctadec-1-yl acetate、亚油酸。结论 从新鲜党参酵母菌发酵产物中共分离得到了17个化合物,包含2个甾体类化合物、2个木质素类化合物、1个萜类化合物、4个脂肪酸类化合物、1个呋喃类化合物、2个酚酸类化合物、5个其他类化合物,其中3个为党参发酵产物中独有的,党参药材中未见报道。Objective To study the chemical constituents of 95% ethanol extract from the product of fresh Codonopsis Radix fermented by yeast. Methods The silica gel and semi-preparative liquid chromatography were used for separation and purification and structures of the isolated compounds were identified by NMR and other spectroscopic techniques. Results 17 compounds were separated from the fermentation product, and identified as dodecane, 4-(4’, 4’-dimethyl-2’-vinyl-decyl) benzene-1, 2-diol, mannitol, succinic acid, 3-O-acetyl-protocatechuic acid, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, ferulic acid, atractylodes lactone Ⅲ, 2’-hydroxydecanylpentadec-5,8, 10, 12-tetraeno, stigmasterol, stigmasteryl-3β-arachidate, linolenic acid, syringaresinol, 4-oxopinoresinol,(4S, 5S)-5-hydroxy-4-hexanolide, 2-hydroxyoctadec-1-yl acetate, linoleic acid. Conclusion 17 compounds were isolated from the product of fresh Codonopsis Radix fermented by yeast, including 2 steroids, 2 lignin,1 terpenoid, 4 fatty acids, 1 furan, 2 phenolic acids and 5 other compounds. 3 compounds were unique in the fermentation products of Codonopsis Radix, which had not been reported in Codonopsis Radix.
