摘　　要：目的 对中医外治法治疗近视的系统评价和Meta分析再评价,为中医临床治疗近视提供循证依据。方法 通过计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、中国知识基础设施工程、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和万方数据库自建库至2021年12月2日中医外治法治疗近视的系统评价和Meta分析,由2位研究人员按照纳入、排除标准背对背独立筛选文献,提取纳入文献相关信息资料,采用AMSTAR量表和PRISMA声明评价纳入文献方法学和报告质量,分析有效性和安全性指标变化情况。结果 共纳入14篇系统评价和Meta分析。(1) AMSTAR评价结果显示,前期设计方案和利益冲突声明的报告率仅为7%。(2) PRISMA评价结果显示,结构式摘要、研究方案注册和资金条目的完整报告度仅为7%。结论 中医外治总体疗效优于常规治疗,可提高患者的裸眼视力。中医外治法治疗近视的系统评价方法学和报告质量有待提升,尤其需重点关注利益冲突和研究方案注册等重点条目。Objective To conduct a re-evaluation of systematic reviews on and Meta-analyses of external treatments of myopia in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,VIP Database and China Biomedical Literature Database were searched to identify systematic reviews on and Meta-analyses of TCM external treatments of myopia that were published before December 2,2021.Assessment of Multiple Systematic Reviews(AMSTAR)and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses(PRISMA)were used to evaluate the reporting quality and methodology of the included literature.Results A total of 14 systematic reviews and Meta-analysis were included.(1)According to the AMSTAR scale evaluation,the report rate of the preliminary design proposal and conflict of interest statement were only 7%.(2)The PRISMA statement evaluation showed that only 7%had fully reported the structural abstracts,protocol registries and funding items.Conclusion The existing evidence shows that external treatments of TCM are effective in treating myopia.However,the quality of methodology and representation of studies should be further improved.Particularly,it is essential to focus on the key entries such as the conflict of interest and research protocol registration.
