摘　　要：目的探讨睫毛深方睑板前筋膜与其下方睑板“8”字缝合治疗先天性下睑内翻倒睫的疗效。方法自2017年5月至2021年9月,哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院整形美容中心对65例先天性下睑内翻倒睫患者,采用5-0丝线将睫毛深方睑板前筋膜与其下方2.0~3.0 mm的睑板进行“8”字缝合法5针,使下睑缘的复合组织(含睫毛)轻度向外旋转,恢复正常解剖位置。结果本组65例患者均取得了良好的效果,随访3~24个月,无复发,表情自然且美观。结论应用睫毛深方睑板前筋膜与其下方睑板“8”字缝合法治疗先天性下睑内翻倒睫效果确切、患者满意。Objective To explore the efficacy of figure-of-eight suture between the pretarsal fascia and the lower tarsal plate in the treatment of congenital lower eyelid entropion.Methods From May 2017 to September 2021,65 patients with congenital lower eyelid entropion were collected.The 5-0 silk thread was used to suture the pretarsal fascia and the tarsal plate about 2.0 to 3.0 mm below the pretarsal fascia.Five stitches of figure-of-eight suture make the compound tissues of the lower eyelid margin(including eyelashes)slightly rotate outwards to restore normal anatomy location.Results All 65 patients in this group achieved good results.All patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years.The long-lasting postoperative efficacy was obtained and no recurrence was found.The facial expressions were natural and beautiful.Conclusion The application of figure-of-eight suture between the pretarsal fascia and the lower tarsal plate in the treatment of congenital entropion had good efficacy and patient satisfaction.
