摘  要:纳米技术的快速发展,取得了一系列科技创新和科研新成果,为推动中学化学的教学紧跟科学成果,更新了教学情境素材。贵金属溶胶作为一类具有独特光学性质的纳米材料,在先进光谱技术—拉曼技术的发展中起到了极其重要的作用,并拓展了该技术的广泛应用。本文介绍了贵金属溶胶的性质及其应用、表面增强拉曼光谱技术的发展及其在生物医学领域的应用,引导中学化学教师及学生了解相关的科学研究现状与进展,为中学化学教学提供化学前沿科学热点及技术素材。With the rapid development of nanotechnology,a series of scientific and technological innovation and new scientific research achievements have been achieved.Chemistry teaching in middle school should follow the scientific achievements to update the teaching materials.As a kind of nanomaterial with unique optical properties,noble metal sol plays an extremely important role in the development of advanced spectroscopy-Raman technology,and expands the wide application of this technology.Therefore,this paper introduces the properties and application of noble metal sol,the development of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)technology and its application in biomedical field.It can effectively guide students to understand the status quo and progress of relevant scientific research,and provide materials for the introduction of hot spots and technologies in chemistry frontier science into middle school chemistry teaching.
