摘　　要：为了研究笔套空气流量检测内容,通过对GB 21027新旧标准中笔套安全的要求及测试方法进行对比分析,明确新标准的变化内容。将GB 21027与ISO 11540进行对比分析,找出与国际标准间的异同之处。最后对笔套空气流量检测方法进行解析,总结笔套空气流量检测过程中的注意事项以及需要持续改进的内容,供标准使用人员参考。In order to study the content of air flow detection of pen caps,the changes in the new edition of GB 21027 are clarified by comparing the requirements and test method of pen cap safety in the old and new editions of GB 21027.The paper also compares GB 21027 with ISO 11540 to find out the similarities and differences.Finally,the method of testing the air flow of pen caps is analyzed,and the matters needing attention in the process of testing the air flow of pen caps and the contents needing continuous improvement are summarized for reference of the standard users.
