战略导向、商业模式创新与科技型新创企业绩效的关系

摘　　要：为了从战略视角探索商业模式创新的前置变量以及战略导向通过商业模式创新影响新创企业绩效的过程机制,基于战略定位理论和资源基础理论,构建了战略导向、商业模式创新、环境动态性以及新创企业绩效的概念模型,并运用321份科技型新创企业调研数据加以验证。研究发现:战略导向对新创企业绩效具有显著正向影响;商业模式创新部分中介战略导向与新创企业绩效之间的关系;环境动态性正向调节新颖型商业模式创新与新创企业绩效之间的关系,且正向调节新颖型商业模式创新的中介作用。研究结果深化了战略导向和商业模式创新的理论,对科技型新创企业制定战略决策、革新商业模式具有实践指导意义。In order to explore the pre-variables of business model innovation from a strategic perspective and the process mechanism of how strategic orientation influences the performance of start-ups through business model innovation. Based on strategic positioning theory and resource-based theory, this research builds a conceptual model of strategic orientation, business model innovation, environmental dynamics and performance of start-ups, and uses 321 research data of science and technology-based start-ups for verification. The results show that strategic orientation has positive impact on the performance of start-ups;business model innovation plays an intermediary role between the strategic orientation and the performance of start-ups;environmental dynamics plays a positive moderate role in the relationship between innovative business model innovation and the performance of start-ups, and in the intermediary role of innovative business model innovation. The results of the study deepen the theoretical discussion of strategic orientation and business model innovation, and have practical guiding significance for science and technology-based start-ups to make strategic decisions and innovate business models.
