摘　　要：溪滨南路是缙云古城历史风貌的重要组成部分,但长期存在密度过高、环境陈旧、设施匮乏等一系列的“渐老症状”,并面临着拆迁经费紧张、安置困难和原住民回迁意愿高等诸多棘手问题。设计团队历时三年,在该历史地段通过多项举措以延续充满回忆的古城烟火气,旨在以更为温和、渐进及精准的方式科学改善城市脉络乃至整体的运行质量。风貌延续溪滨南路的街巷肌理保持地相对完整,显示出渐进式生长的历史印记,饱含着缙云人的回忆,需要被谨慎地保留。Xibin South Road is one of important historical features of the Jinyun Ancient City;however,there have been a series of“aging symptoms”such as high building density,underdeveloped living environment,and lack of facilities for a long time.It is also faced with many thorny problems,such as the shortage of demolition funds,the difficulty in the implementation of resettlement and the strong willingness of indigenous residents to move back.With the original intention to improve the urban structure and even the overall operation quality in a more gentle,gradual and accurate way,the design team took three years to reproduce the hustle and bustle in the old town full of memory through a number of scientific measures in this historical area.
