摘  要:煤矿无轨胶轮车目前在国内应用非常广泛,但车辆燃烧事故也随之逐年增加,由于煤矿井下的特殊环境可能造成更大的安全事故,燃烧事故成为车辆使用的一大安全隐患,自动灭火系统的配备也逐渐成为车辆的标准配置。以水基自动灭火系统为例,应用故障模式影响及其危害性分析(FMECA)方法,定义了系统故障模式,并分析了原因及影响程度,研究了系统的可靠性,提出了关注重点和改进建议,对提高系统可靠性具有重大的意义。The trackless rubber-tired vehicles for the coal mine are currently widely used in China, but vehicle combustion accidents have also increased year by year. As the special environment in coal mine may cause greater safety accidents, combustion accidents have become a major safety hidden danger for the use of vehicle, and the equipment of automatic fire extinguishing system has gradually become the standard configuration of vehicle. Taking the water-based automatic fire extinguishing system as an example, applying the failure mode effects and criticality analysis(FMECA) method defined the system failure mode, analyzed the cause and influence degree, studied the system reliability, and put forward focus and improvement suggestions, which is of great significance to improving the system reliability.
