龙华矿超长综采工作面设备改造升级研究

摘　　要：为提高盘区煤炭采出率、减少搬家次数、缓解接续紧张,根据龙华矿实际条件将原有330 m工作面改造为400 m超长工作面,结合综采工作面设备配套原则对原有工作面设备进行了校验,对液压支架、刮板输送机和泵站等设备进行了升级改造。最后应用于生产中,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,为超长工作面设备选型和改造升级提供了借鉴。In order to improve the coal mining rate of the panel, reduce the number of moving, relieve the continuous tension, according to the actual conditions of Longhua mine, the original 330 m working face was transformed into a 400 m super long working face, combined with the fully mechanized mining face equipment supporting principle, the original working face equipment has been verified. Hydraulic support, scraper conveyor and pump station and other equipment has been upgraded. Finally, good economic and social benefits have been achieved in production, which provides a reference for the selection and upgrading of equipment in super-long working face.
