摘　　要：目的基于扎根理论的质性研究方法探索武警官兵心理健康素养的结构特点。方法2020年9—11月,采用目的性抽样方法,通过半结构式问卷调查和深入访谈收集新兵、义务兵、士官、干部4类人群的质性数据,利用Nvivo 11.0软件对文本资料进行3级编码和备忘录撰写,采用解释现象学方法进行探索性研究。结果武警官兵心理健康素养由知识、态度、技能3个维度构成,涵盖自我-他人2个层面,具体包括对心理健康的理解、对心理健康状态的认知、对影响因素的认识、对心理服务的了解、对心理问题人员的态度、对心理问题干预行为的态度、信息获取技能、心理服务资源利用技能、自助与求助技能9个因素。结论武警官兵心理健康素养是提升心理健康水平的重要抓手,对其进行评价需要从心理知识、态度、技能3个维度9个层面进行考量;本研究对武警官兵心理健康素养的概念进行了初步界定,为武警官兵心理健康素养研究做了有益补充。Objective To explore the structural characteristics of mental health literacy of armed police officers and soldiers based on the qualitative research methods of grounded theory.Methods From September to November 2020,by using the purposeful sampling method,qualitative data of the recruits,conscripts,non-commissioned officers and cadres were collected through semi-structured questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.Nvivo 11.0 software was used to conduct three-level coding and memo writing for text data.Exploratory research was conducted by explanatory phenomenology method.Results Mental health literacy of armed police officers and soldiers was composed three dimensions of knowledge,attitude and skills,covering two levels of self-others.Specifically,it included nine factors of the understanding of mental health,the cognition of mental health state,the cognition of influencing factors,the understanding of psychological services,the attitude to people with mental problems,the attitude to intervention behavior for mental problems,the skills of information acquisition,the skills of using psychological service resources,and the skills of self-help and seeking help.Conclusion Mental health literacy of armed police officers and soldiers is an important starting point to improve the level of mental health,which needs to be evaluated from three dimensions and nine levels of psychological knowledge,attitude and skill,and this study preliminarily defines the concept of mental health literacy of armed police officers and soldiers,which made a useful supplement for the study of mental health literacy of armed police officers and soldiers.
