复方洋蓟片对抗结核药物性肝功能损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的:评估复方洋蓟片对抗结核药物所致肝功能损伤的临床疗效.方法:选取2018年8月~2019年8月在湖南省胸科医院确诊为结核患者160例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为实验组(洋蓟组)和对照组(未应用护肝药物组).比较两组患者在接受抗结核药物治疗过程汇总肝功能损害的发生情况.结果:用药3周内,实验组患者的肝功能指标ALT、AST、TBIL水平均显著低于对照组患者.同时实验组患者肝功能异常发生率也低于对照组5个百分点.结论:复方洋蓟片对抗结核药物所致肝功能损伤,有较好的临床预防效果.Objective To assess the protective effect of compound artichoke tablet on anti-tuberculosis drug-induced Liver injury in clinic.Methods 160 tuberculosis patients were enlisted,and randomly separated into two groups,which were given standard anti-tuberculotic therapy(Control),or in combination with artichoke tablets.At the end of the experiment,incidences of drug induced liver injury from the two groups were calculated and compared.Results In this study,all indices of liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL)from artichoke treatment group were significantly lower than those from the control group.Besides,incidence of drug induced liver injury from artichoke treated group was also lower than the control group.Conclusion Compound artichoke tablets were found to be effective in protecting patients from anti-tuberculosis drug-induced Liver injury.
