摘　　要：目的:探讨阿替普酶治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效、血清ET-1、TXA2水平及不良反应影响.方法:将2018年6月~2021年6月期间在我院入院的120名急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,分为二组,观察组(n=60),接受阿替普酶治疗,对照组(n=60),接受巴曲酶治疗.观察两组患者临床疗效、血清ET-1、TXA2水平及安全应用问题.结果:治疗后两组患者NIHSS评分低于治疗前,治疗后观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组;观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组;两组患者治疗后ET-1、TXA2水平明显低于治疗前,治疗后观察组患者ET-1、TXA2水平明显低于对照组;两组患者不良反应总发生率比较无统计学意义.结论:阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死疗效可观,对改善血清ET-1、TXA2水平有积极的作用.Objective To investigate the efficacy of alteplase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,the levels of serum ET-1 and TXA2 and the effects of adverse reactions.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were divided into two groups.The observation group(n=60)was treated with alteplase and the control group(n=60)was treated with batroxobin.The clinical efficacy,serum ET-1,TXA2 levels and safety application of the two groups were observed.Results The NIHSS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment;The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;The levels of ET-1 and TXA2 in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of ET-1 and TXA2 in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group;There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and plays a positive role in improving the levels of serum ET-1 and TXA2.
