摘　　要：目的:探讨MMP-9基因多态性与鼻咽癌无远处转移生存(DMFS)的关系.方法:本研究总共入组183例局部区域晚期鼻咽癌患者.选择MMP-9rs3918242、rs2250889和rs17576共3个潜在功能性多态性位点.基因分型采用聚合酶链接反应-连接酶检测反应(PCR-LDR)方法.本研究的主要研究终点为DMFS.Cox比例风险模型分析基因型与DMFS的相关性.结果:单因素分析发现MMP-9rs2250889和rs17576多态性与患者DMFS相关,校正混杂因素后仅rs17576多态性为患者DMFS的独立预后因素.结论:MMP-9rs17576可能是局部区域晚期鼻咽癌DMFS新的预后指标.Objective To explore the association betweensingle nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP)of matrix metalloprotein-ase-9(MMP-9)gene and distant metastasis-free survival(DMFS)of locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods One hundred and eighty-three patients were included in this study.Three SNPs of MMP-9were selected,includin-grs3918242,rs2250889 andrsl7576.Polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction(PCR-LDR)method was used for genotyping.The primary endp>oint of this study was DMFS.The association between SNPs and DMFS was tested by Cox proportional hazard model.Results Univariate analysis showed that A/MP-9rs2250889 and rsl7576 genotypes were related with DMFS.However,rs 17576 genotypes was still significantly associated with DMFS after adjusting confounding factors.Conclusion MMP-9rsl7576maybe a novel prognostic genetic marker for DMFS in patients with locoregionally advanced NPC.
