摘 要:床垫软硬度影响睡眠质量,是床垫舒适性的重要指标,为探究TPEE空气纤维与普通海绵组合对床垫软硬度的影响规律,采用控制变量法进行准静态压缩试验,以TPEE空气纤维材料为铺垫层,以普通海绵材料为支撑层,测得不同组合床垫的综合刚度。试验结果表明:当TPEE空气纤维作为床垫铺垫层时,其密度与厚度对床垫的综合刚度影响较大,增加铺垫层层数会使床垫综合刚度数值降低,但上下层材料结构顺序对床垫综合刚度基本无影响;当普通海绵作为床垫支撑层时,其密度与厚度对床垫的综合刚度影响较大。该结果可为床垫软硬度分区个性化设计提供理论依据。As an important indicator of mattress comfort evaluation,the mattress hardness is associated with sleep quality.In order to explore hardness change rule of the mattress which was consisted of TPEE air fiber and common sponge,the comprehensive stiffness of different combination mattress was measured with the control variable method for quasi-static compression test,where TPEE air fiber material was used as the supporting layer,sponge was used as the bedding layer.Test results show that:When TPEE air fiber was used as mattress bedding layer,its density and thickness have a great influence on the comprehensive stiffness of the mattress.The increasing of the number of bedding layers can reduce the comprehensive stiffness of the mattress,but the structure order of upper and lower layers has little influence on the comprehensive stiffness of the mattress.When the sponge was used as the mattress supporting layer,its density and thickness have great influence on the comprehensive stiffness of the mattress.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the hardness partition design of personalized mattress.
