可拆装直角榫接合实木橱柜门结构创新与改良设计

摘　　要：为降低实木橱柜门门框的安装难度,提高实木橱柜门的模块化程度,参考直角榫接合的设计原则与现有橱柜门类型,研究了现有的直角榫接合橱木门结构特征及可拆装结构的设计方法,发现现有可拆装实木橱柜门存在可拆装性不强、零件之间互换性差等问题,不利于柜门的大规模生产与销售。运用可拆装的设计理念对直角榫接合实木橱柜门进行改良,并提出“直角接合边框主体+边框装饰组件+芯板”的组合方法,在保持柜门美观、线形丰富的同时达到可拆装、模块化的效果。采用可拆装的设计理念设计橱柜门,可以大大提高橱柜门门框的安装效率,同时提高橱柜门的模块化程度,对于实木柜门的设计与生产有一定的指导意义。In order to reduce the difficulty in assembling solid wood cabinet door frames and increase the modularity of cabinet doors,the structure of present cabinet doors with rectangular mortise and tenon joints and the design methods of knock-down construction was studied in referring to the design principles of mortise and tenon joint and present types of cabinet doors.It is found that present detachable tenonjoint cabinet doors have problems with low detachability and interchangeability of components.An assembling method of“Frame+decoration component+core board”is proposed by using the design concept of detachability to improve tenon-joint solid wood cabinet doors,which keeps the aesthetics and richness of line shapes of the cabinet doors while achieving detachability and modularity.The cabinet doors designed with the concept of detachability is able to greatly improve the assembling efficiency of cabinet door frames as well as the modularity of cabinet doors.
