摘　　要：以提升养老机构家具细分领域专业性为最终目标导向,针对现有机构型适老餐椅产品及用餐环境开展设计研究,结合AEIOU方法和入户调研分析归纳了养老机构餐厅人员的构成分类,以及不同人员与餐椅之间的互动流程,得出不同人员对于适老餐椅的使用需求。通过建立需求分析表格,总结出机构型适老餐椅的设计策略,创建了适老餐椅的设计要素模型,整理得出机构型适老餐椅在设计中的设计逻辑。除遵循安全性、功能尺度适老化、舒适实用化、设计情感化、审美等通用性设计原则外,还应该从减少老年人的行为时间、关注日常、行为习惯、运营考量、适老细节和娱乐休闲6个需求方面进行相应设计。Based on the ultimate goal of promoting the professionalism of the furniture subdivisions of the senior care organization,the design research specifically for the existing senior-friendly dining chair products and dining environment for the senior care organization was carried out.Combined with the AEIOU method and household survey,the composition classification of the senior care organization restaurant staff and the interaction process between different roles and dining chairs were analyzed.The different people's usage requirements for the use of senior-friendly dining chairs were explored.Through the establishment of a demand analysis table,the design strategy of the senior-friendly dining chair for the senior care organization was summarized,the design element model of the senior-friendly dining chair was created,and the design logic of the senior-friendly dining chair for the senior care organization was sorted out.In addition to following general design principles such as safety,senior-friendly function,comfort and practicality,emotional design,aesthetics,etc.,the corresponding design measures are also should focus on reducing the behavior time of the elderly,paying attention to daily behavior habits,operational considerations,increasing age-appropriate details,and entertainment and leisure.
