摘 要:目的:通过对三级医院临床青年教师教学能力考核评价结果,为考核和提高各医院临床青年教师教学能力提供参考依据。方法:运用德尔菲法和层次分析法构建临床青年教师教学能力的47项指标,对6所附属医院临床青年教师进行考核,对其结果进行整合分析,并运用加权综合法对各医院排名,对各医院临床青年教师进行综合评价。结果:教学工作量、教学质量与评价、带教医生职业素养、教学研究能力权重系数分别为0.12、0.26、0.17、0.45。6所医院中综合评价排名前三的医院是A、E、F,最高得分为189.87分,得分最低为81.39分,教学工作量中得分排名前三的医院是D、B、A;教学质量与评价得分排名前三的医院是F、A、D;带教医生职业素养中得分排名前三的医院是F、E、C;教学研究能力中得分排名前三的医院是A、E、D。结论:医院应加强对临床青年教师教学能力的管理和培养,定期对其进行考核,加强各医院间考核比较,提高临床青年教师能力和水平。Objective: To evaluate the teaching ability of young clinical teachers in tertiary hospitals, so as to evaluate and improve the teaching ability of young clinical teachers in various hospitals Provide reference for learning ability. Methods: The Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to construct 47 indicators of the teaching ability of young clinical teachers. The young clinical teachers in 6 affiliated hospitals were assessed,and the results were integrated and analyzed. The weighted comprehensive method was used to rank each hospital,and the young clinical teachers in each hospital were comprehensively evaluated. Results: The weight coefficients of teaching workload, teaching quality and evaluation, professional quality of teaching doctors and teaching research ability were 0.12, 0.26, 0.17 and 0.45 respectively. The top three hospitals in the comprehensive evaluation of the six hospitals are A, E and F, with the highest score of 189.87 and the lowest score of 81.39. The top three hospitals in the teaching workload are D, B and A;The top three hospitals in teaching quality and evaluation scores are F, A and D;The top three hospitals in the professional quality of teaching doctors are F, E and C;The top three hospitals in teaching and research ability are A, E and D. Conclusion: Hospitals should strengthen the management and training of young clinical teachers? teaching ability, regularly assess them, strengthen the assessment and comparison among hospitals, and improve the ability and level of young clinical teachers.s.
