江西大学生就业意愿及其影响因素  

Employment Willingness of College Students Studying in Jiangxi Province and the Influencing Factors

摘　　要：大学生作为学历和能力较高的社会群体,其选择的就业地点在很大程度上影响当地经济和社会的发展。本研究以江西籍大学生以及在江西高校就读的外省大学生为调查对象,研究其留赣就业的意愿及其影响因素。研究结果表明:江西大学生不愿留赣工作的比例高达86.92%,有实习经历的学生更愿意留赣就业。地区满意度对江西大学生留赣就业意愿有较大影响,调查显示当前学生对薪酬福利、职业发展、政府政策、科教文卫水平等满意度较低。针对以上几种现象从大学生个人、家长、学校就业指导、政府优化就业环境四个维度提出相应的对策建议。As a social group with higher academic qualifications and abilities,college students’ choice of employment location largely affects the development of the local economy and society.The college students’ intention to stay in Jiangxi for employment and the influencing factors have been conducted by questionnaire which taking university students from Jiangxi province and those from other provinces studying in universities of Jiangxi province as the survey objects.The results show that the proportion of college students unwilling to work in Jiangxi province reached as high as 86.92%.And students with internship experience are more willing to stay in Jiangxi for employment.Regional satisfaction has a great impact on Jiangxi college students’ willingness to work in Jiangxi province.The survey shows that currently students’ satisfaction with salary and welfare,career development,government policies,and the level of science,education,culture and health is low.In view of the above phenomena,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four dimensions:college students,their parents,college employment guidance and the government’s optimization of employment environment.
