摘 要:分析了电动钻机井场电网特点,采用晶闸管投切电容器方式,以三相电能专用计量芯片ATT7022E和高速单片机GD32F103RCT6为核心,设计了井场电网无功补偿控制器,其控制策略基于模糊控制理论并加以改进;该控制器不但适应并联电容器的任意分组方式,而且有效避免了投切振荡。试验结果表明:该控制器控制精度高、动态性能好,对改善井场电网功率因数及降低网损具有良好的效果。In this paper,the characteristics of well-site power grids of electric drilling rigs are analyzed,and the thyristor switched capacitor(TSC)mode is adopted.With the special metering chip ATT7022E for three-phase electric energy and the high-speed single chip microcomputer GD32F103RCT6 at the core,a reactive power compensation controller for well-site power grids is designed,and its control strategy is improved on the basis of the fuzzy control theory.The controller can not only adapt to the arbitrary grouping mode of shunt capacitors but also effectively avoid switching oscillations.The test results indicate that the controller features high control accuracy and good dynamic performance and has a good effect on improving the power factor of well-site power grids and reducing network losses.
