摘  要:加强研究生职业发展指导课程思政建设,能够潜移默化地对研究生思想意识及其价值观产生有利影响,做到显性教育和隐形教育有机结合。研究生的职业发展指导课程建设需以学生为导向,实现课程内容、教学方法和思政内容“三位一体”有机融合;以教师为纽带,实现“过程环节”融合;以高校为单位,实现“全校力量”联动。通过构建课程思政教学体系、搭建三课堂联动教学平台和加强课程思政教学研究,切实提升课程建设实效。Strengthening the ideological and political construction of graduate career development guidance courses can exert a subtle and beneficial influence on the ideological consciousness and values of graduate students,at the same time achieve the organic combination of explicit education and invisible education.The course construction must to be student-oriented and realized the organic integration of curriculum content,teaching methods and ideological and political content.Meanwhile,taking teachers as the link to realize process integration and taking colleges as a unit to realize school-wide linkage.We need to build a curriculum ideological and political teaching system,build a three-class teaching platform,and strengthen the curriculum ideological and political teaching research,so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of the course construction.
