摘  要:为简化焦化厂煤粉资源化利用工艺,改善焦炉燃烧室炉墙温度均匀性,提出新型煤粉-燃气混燃供热模式,并通过数值模拟方法研究了喷煤时空燃比、喷煤位置对JN60焦炉燃烧室内温度特征、炉墙温度分布的影响。结果表明,当空燃比为1.2∶1.0时,燃烧室中部喷吹煤粉会降低炉墙平均温度、增加炉墙高向温差;喷吹煤粉条件下增大空燃比能有效提升炉墙温度;煤粉在燃烧室底部喷吹时可起到延迟燃烧、提高炉墙高向温度均匀性的效果。In order to simplify resource utilization process of pulverized coal in coking plant and improve temperature uniformity of coke oven combustion chamber wall, a new pulverized coal-gas combined combustion technology was developed. The effects of air-fuel ratio and coal injection position on temperature characteristics and wall temperature distribution of JN60 coke oven combustion chamber were investigated by numerical simulation. The results show that when air-fuel ratio is 1.2∶1.0, pulverized coal injection in the middle of combustion chamber will reduce temperature and increase vertical temperature difference of chamber wall. Under pulverized coal injection condition, increasing air-fuel ratio can effectively improve the average temperature of chamber wall. When pulverized coal is injected at the bottom of combustion chamber, it can delay gas combustion and improve vertical temperature uniformity of chamber wall.
