摘  要:汽车转向器非圆齿扇变变位修形加工长期存在齿廓过切,鼓形量偏小,在实际加工中需要凭借经验反复试凑鼓形量,导致加工效率低,精度不高。为此,将转向器非圆齿轮分段线性函数修形运动叠加到展成运动,得到非圆齿扇变变位修形理论齿廓;对变变位修形加工过程进行运动学分析,计算瞬心点的位置,求解非圆齿扇变变位修形实际齿廓方程;基于理论齿廓反求齿条刀具齿廓,用该齿条刀具反包络得到非圆齿扇。仿真分析计算表明这种方法能够完全消除汽车转向器非圆齿扇变变位修形中的过切。For a long time,the tooth profile is overcut and the amount of drum is small in the modification process of the non-circular tooth fan of automobile steering gear.In the actual processing,it is necessary to rely on experience to repeatedly try to get the amount of drum,resulting in low processing efficiency and low precision.Therefore,the piecewise linear function modification motion of the steering gear is superimposed to the generational motion to obtain the modified theoretical tooth profile of the non-circular tooth fan.The kinematics analysis was carried out on the process of the variable position modification,the position of the instantaneous center point was calculated,and the actual tooth profile equation of the variable position modification of the non-circular tooth fan was solved.Based on the theoretical tooth profile,the tooth profile of rack cutter was obtained by using the inverse envelope of the rack cutter to obtain the non-circular tooth fan.The simulation results show that this method can completely eliminate the overcutting in the modification of the non-circular gear fan of automobile steering gear.
