摘 要:对硅钼蓝分光光度法进行改进,在还原剂抗坏血酸溶液中加入亚硫酸钠,延长抗坏血酸溶液保质期;同时考察了方法的准确性和可靠性,并采用t检验法进行显著性检验。结果表明,抗坏血酸溶液至少稳定180 d以上;方法的精密度RSD分别为1.07%、1.32%和1.24%;平均回收率(n=6)为100.3%,RSD为1.53%;t值均小于t表值(2.571)。测定结果显示:此方法准确、可靠、重现性好,与传统的1,2,4-磺酸还原—硅钼蓝无显著性差异,可应用于水质中全硅和可溶性硅的分析检测。The method of heteromolybdate blue spectrometric method was improved.Sodium sulfite was added into reductant ascorbic acid solution to prolong the shelf life of ascorbic acid solution.At the same time,the accuracy and reliability of the method were investigated,and significance was tested by t test.The results showed that ascorbic acid solution was stable for at least 180 days.RSD(relative standard deviation)of this method were 1.07%,1.32%and 1.24%respectively.The average recovery rate(n=6)was 100.3%with RSD of 1.53%;t values were all less than t tabular value(2.571).The determination results showed that the method was accurate,reliable and reproducible,and there was no significant difference with traditional 1,2,4-sulfonic acid reduction-silicomolybdenum blue.It could be used for the determination of total silicon and soluble silicon in water quality.
